In 2016, after 29 years of working within banking in the financial services industry, I ventured out to become a financial adviser so I could share my knowledge and expertise with others.
I now specialise in residential owner-occupied home loans, residential investment loans, residential construction loans, refinancing and top-up loans and business finance. My knowledge and experience give me the ability to deal with all lending requests I receive.
I understand the importance of building relationships and trust and find it satisfying that my knowledge and experience help my clients achieve their home ownership dreams and business goals. I pride myself on a high standard of customer service and excellent communication skills, always managing both client and lender expectations smoothly and effectively.
For some first home buyers, the process can be daunting and I really enjoy being able to help people become ‘mortgage ready’ and for them to achieve their dream of home ownership.
I am a member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Service and Financial Advice New Zealand. I have achieved the following qualifications: • NZQA National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5) Residential Property Lending. • Lending Code of Conduct for Mortgage Advisers • Trusted Adviser – Financial Advice New Zealand
